| Peter has practiced environmental law since he joined EPA in 1980. Because of the depth of his experience in both of these areas, Peter is exceptionally qualified to handle transactions involving properties with contamination issues - so called "brownfields." Peter's practice also includes advising clients on franchise law issues, including the rights of gasoline dealers under the PMPA. | ||||
